New Love Bush Clematis forms upright, bushy, non-climbing clumps that delightful mingle with their close companions.


Fascinating star-shaped, indigo blue flowers whose petals curl back, appear on New Love Bush Clematis late spring into summer, then again in early fall.


Its blossoms fill the garden with a lovely sweet fragrance. Hummingbirds adore New Love Clematis. Fluffy seed heads follow blooms, hence its other common name, Old Man’s Beard. New Love Bush Clematis flowers are excellent cut.


Prune back hard in spring. Grows 34″ tall, 24″ wide. (Source: Sugar Creek Gardens)
